Everything runs on a PC you already own. We show the install from a blank box to a working model, on camera, with the Wi‑Fi turned off to prove it.
Your data
Email, documents, spreadsheets, calendars — the model reads them on your machine. Nothing is uploaded to anyone's cloud to get the work done.

Once you can build this, you're the person your team goes to when they want it. That's a stronger position than any single job.
How an engine gets built
An engine is a working set of skills, models and connections that lets an AI do what a person does on a computer, for one part of your life. The first one is personal productivity: email, tasks, calendar, habits, reviews.
Live build
Each episode adds one part. You watch it installed, tested and broken in real time, then fixed.
Verified notes
After the stream, the corrected steps go out as a PDF to the build-notes list, so you build from what actually worked.
